Bonnie Schneider appears as a meteorologist on CNN, HLN and other platforms. On March 30, 2012, Bonnie will be the expert on TV, executive and co-producer of the DIY NETWORK special, titled Last House ReSISTING. Bonnie's first published book is EXTREME WATER, Palgrave Macmillan. It was released on January 31, 2012 by Palgrave Macmillan. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. She also covered lifestyle, entertainment and other topics as Special Assignment Reporter on a daily basis while in Boston. Before joining WB56, she served as a weekend forecaster at WFOR-TV Miami. She's held a number of meteorology, reporting as well as television jobs. These include: News 12 Long Island - a 24 hour cable news TV network along with WXII TV - an NBC affiliate based in Winston-Salem. She was also a frequently substitute for The Saturday Early Show on CBS's New York City network.
